Place ground coffee in the mesh filter, pour the room temperature water over the coffee in a circular motion and stir so that all the ground coffee is wet. Place the server in the refrigerator and let it cool for 12-36 hours.
To brew delicious full-bodied coffee:

-grind coffee and pour it into the filter (approx. 5g of coffee for every 100 ml of water)

- place the filter in the carafe

- pour the cold water over the coffee

- put it in the fridge for 12-36 hours depending on your preference

- remove the filter and enjoy
